Appointments

At Skin-Centered, we value your time, and the time of our other clients, as we want everyone to enjoy a full experience. Therefore, we please ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, or you may have to reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be respectful and do so at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time. This allows other clients a chance to book that time and gives your Aesthetician the ability to plan their day accordingly. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24hrs before your appointment time, or are a no-show for your appointment, you may be charged 50% to 100% of your service cost. Also note: your client intake form, as well as any consent forms will be emailed to you when you book your appointment. Please check for and have these forms filled out and submitted before your appointment time. Thank you for your kindness, respect, and support- we can't wait to see you!

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds will be given for products purchased or services performed. Exchanges may be accepted if within 14 days of original purchase date, and as long as the product(s) are in original packaging, unopened, and unused. Some exclusions or exceptions may apply, and decisions regarding these are at the sole discretion of Skin-Centered. Exchange value given will be for the original purchase price of the product(s). No exchanges will be allowed for any products not originally purchased from Skin-Centered.

Clients Under Age 18

We love seeing clients of all ages, and it's an honor to be able to help our younger teen clients develop good skin habits early. At Skin-Centered, we see teen clients ages 12-17. A consent and intake form (usually emailed to you upon booking) must be filled out and signed by the teen client's parent or legal guardian. In addition, we do ask that a parent or legal guardian be present with their teen at the time of, and during the entire duration of, the appointment. Depending on the type of service, the parent or legal guardian may be required to be in the treatment room with their teen during the duration of the service. For services not requiring the parent or legal guardian to be physically present in the treatment room, we do ask that you do stay on the premises, or close by, during the duration of the service(s). Our goal is to always make our client's feel safe and comfortable, so they can enjoy the full benefits of their services with us.
